HREA joins LINGOs consortium

LINGOsCambridge, 27 May 2011 -- HREA has joined LINGOs, Learning In NGOs. LINGOs is a consortium of over 60 international humanitarian relief, development, conservation, health and social justice organisations. LINGOs provides the latest learning technologies and courses from its partners so non-profits can increase the skill levels of their employees, and therefore increasing the impact of their programmes.

Through the generous support of its partners, LINGOs is able to provide free and/or subsidised accessed to a number of learning courses. LINGOs also provides a forum for the exchange of learning content and strategies between its member organisations. HREA will provide other LINGOs members access to its child protection training materials and courses. Other members include CARE, International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ), International Crisis Group, Islamic Relief, Oxfam, Plan International, Save the Children, Transparency International and World Vision, among others. Membership to LINGOs is available to NGOs whose primary mission to promote international development, relief, conservation or social justice in three or more countries.
