Cambridge, 1 November 2011 -- Staff of Soka Gakkai (Japan) and filmmaker Ellen Bruno visited HREA offices in Cambridge on November 1st for an all-day meeting with HREA staff to review footage of the three case studies to be featured in a DVD on human rights education that HREA is producing. The 30-minute documentary is intended to show the impact of HRE on women in Turkey, police in Victoria (Australia) and school children in India.

The DVD, "A Path to Dignity: The Power of Human Rights Education", is expected to be released in early 2012. This project is funded by Soka Gakkai and the Office of UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
