HREA offers e-learning workshop in Beijing

Beijing, 28 May 2010 -- HREA's Director of Programmes Frank Elbers conducted a one-day workshop on e-learning for partners of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute's China Programme. Staff of Peking University Law School, China University of Political Science and Law, National Prosecutor's College and the Beijing office of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute were introduced to types of e-learning, learning management systems and integrating e-learning into existing training programmes.

Frank Elbers was in Beijing from 25-30 May 2010 at the invitation of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. He explored possibilities to offer e-learning into human rights training for the China's 150,000 prosecutors and to integrate distance learning into Master's programmes in human rights at Peking University Law School and China University of Political Science and Law.
